Before co-founding Jasso Lopez, Ms. Lopez maintained a sophisticated corporate transactions and compliance practice in New York, California and Texas with elite law firms and in-house legal departments. She has represented clients ranging from emerging growth technology companies to multi-billion dollar revenue multinationals in connection with commercial and capital-raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance. She has advised multiple large and small companies in all types of corporate legal matters, including formation, operations, commercial transactions, asset sales and purchases and financing.
Ms. Lopez is admitted to practice law in Texas, California and New York.

Ms. Lopez’s practice has included representation of all manner of business clients, from startups and early-stage investors to Fortune 500 companies and large private equity funds.
